- Authorization
- All returns do require authorization from your customer service representative. They can be
reached at 1-800-GIFTBOX, or you may e-mail customer service.
You may also coordinate with your local sales representative. In either situation we will be
delighted to assist you.
Please note that returns made without our prior authorization will be refused. No returns may
be accepted after 2 months from delivery.
- Freight Charges
- Returns of non-printed merchandise are subject to a round trip freight charges.
- Restocking Fees
- To offset the additional re-handling costs, a 20% restocking charge is invoked on all returned
non-printed items.
